Its funny how I no longer want to write here anymore. Not that I am afraid of saying what I need to say or afraid of people's opinion of me. But I feel like, if I were to say something outloud or type it out, I am giving it its confirmation. Things are real unless I say it is.

While writing that paragraph, I lost my vibe to write... ha.

But why stop.

Chinese new year was different this year, not as a whole but the details were different. I could no longer ask for money. No chinese new year celebration in school and it feels weird after the 12 years in school, I am the kind who would complain and skip such events and try to buy a MC so that I can not go, but having to stay at home this year and not needing to buy an MC was so boring. its been a year since i have done anything intellectual and writing this stupid post is giving me confirmation on how much my language has declined... i rephrased the sentences above at least once each and urgh fucking stupid.

Isnt it kinda of weird when people you barely know starts asking you questions about your life? like.. am i suppose to tell you whats favourable, something that will make me sound better than i actually am or am i suppose to tell you the truth? I love chinese new year, i really do, in fact i think its my fav holiday of the year, i love dressing up in red, i love the food, i love how people will be extra nice to each other cus its bad luck not to, i love being forced to pack my room. I always tell people things that make me sound awesome, its all about filtering my converstions. If they ask me what I am doing right now, I would say "Oh, I am waiting for uni" But I dont tell them I have been waiting all year since last year and i honestly hate the thought of going back to school. And if they ask me what I wanna do/ what uni i wanna go, I say " Oh, I havent decided, i want to do something related to marketting, we will see" But honestly......................... i dont give a fuck, no clue what I wanna do and I have minimal interest. I get like little splurges of motivation to go back to school and then it just dies..

After my whole JC experience, I hate school... everything sbout it is so repulsive. I hate making friends and having stupid awkward conversations about what they had for breakfast, what they wanna have for lunch and how much i slacked the day before. At the end of the day, and the 300++ days of awkward conversations go to waste, and i am left with a handful ( or hand-half full ) of friends. Why the fuck for. I actually realised the past year, how much of an introvert i am, no kidding. I know like 80% of the people claim themselves to be introverts cus its sounds awesome to say that you are an introvert but i have no fucking social skills... I can talk to you if I wasnt so shy and afraid of everyone. Yea, definately one of the things i need to work on in 2012.

I dont understand why I have to constantly put in effort to maintain friendships, aren't true friendships supppose to be easy? Isnt everything that is meant to be, well, meant to be? Like no matter how much or how little effort i put in, it will be it right? there is so much more i wanna say but i cant in fear of offending people and all that shit.

I blog about food way too much.
But anyway, Sungei Road laksa.... honestly didn't taste as good as i remembered it to be.
I was with Joshua and walking around Sungei Road, then I saw this booth and started checking out their stuff, then something hit me from the back so hard and I fell front and the booth got pushed away (thank god joshua caught me). So I turned around and this old man has fainted, and he had like all these big bags of cans and rubbish which he make a living out off, and he was unconscious. So like, a lot of the other regular tenants started to try to wake him up, and when he finally did, he couldn't stop rambling about how he "died" and all the people that he knew die, he rambled about this guy selling watches, that died while selling watches...... It so sad how people can stop caring about the elderly, I wonder where his family is and all the people he care for before went to, if they are alive and living well, I hope they suffer.
I am just glad I could help break his fall.

I think Ikea meatballs have like a limited tastiness span or something, like I used to LOVE them and they taste soooo good all the time last time but now, the more I have them the more I am like... the meatballs are so rough and tasteless, where is all the sauce?? I have been over using this white top.... I need a new one, preferably non sheer, I have too many of sheer stuff. I was at a class BBQ at east coast, I really hate east coast... its so far and out of the way and i think they dont have enough lights to light up the pavements, so I walk around feeling half blind.

This was from Christmas eve!! Went to get sushi @ my favourite sushi place and I gave Joshua the penguin i made!! hehehehhehe OK so.... I might make a career of making plush toys cause when I was done, it was so beautiful, I didn't want to give it away. But the best for the best!!!!!

2010 is coming to an end in 22 hours.... this year flew by. I wished I done more in this year though, I need to accomplish more in 2011. Time to jot down my new years resolutions. On the day before christmas eve, we went to Ikea to get cushions!!!! I lied and said that i wanted to add cushions to the sofa in my room but the truth was, I wanted the cushion filling so that I could complete making a penguin (More on that soon). We go to Ikea every week for dinner since Joshua has membership card and we get free drink + members discount!

At the Hilton Hotel.
Spent the whole night in these killer heels, which i tripped on. I hope no one except chrissy saw cause it was such an ugly trip and no.... i did not fall.
I went to prom with a camera without battery and chris went to prom with a camera without memory card and we were so desperate, thank god for Joshua for delivering my battery, MUAH. We had the muttons as DJs and they were really funny + the super awesome lucky draw prizes (ipad + laptop as top prizes)
This would be the closure to my JC life, thank god for Christine and Huldah, and my classmates, who didn't go to prom, like Joleen, Pearlyn (aka pearl ball), Amanda, Weina, Joanne and so many more and for detention, so that I could meet someone special. The end of my ten years of education.

I shall comfort myself and say that Joshua took these pictures at a terrible angle so that I can feel better about my fat(ter) legs. This is what i wore for prom.... I love prom, its like a school event where you get to dress up and everyone in school will look pretty, or at least decent.

Anyway, my dear dress was meant to be a maxi but i accidentally poured bleach on it and it has an unslightly orange stain so I had to alter it short but it was kinda too short.... oh well.
